We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share information only as described below, and only as much as needed for the purpose:

- Business transfers, if Reliable Power Plus is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of its business. In that case, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction and will remain subject to this policy’s protections.
- With your consent, or at your direction.
None of the categories above include text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, which we do not share with any third parties.

- Website analytics data is kept according to the retention settings we have configured in Google Analytics.
9. How We Protect Information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. These include encrypted (HTTPS) connections to the Website, reputable service providers with their own security programs, and limiting access to customer information to the people who need it to do their jobs. No website, app, or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your information has been compromised, please contact us right away.
